Return Policy
ARTC wants you, our customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please give us the opportunity to make it right. Contact our mail/web product sales department at with your concerns.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective product from us we will happily replace it at no cost. Otherwise, all sales of recorded media (CDs and cassettes) are final.
Non-recording products (T-shirts, etc.), if still in brand new condition, may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a full refund (less shipping).

Cancellation Policy
Orders are shipped within one week after being placed (usually within 2-3 days). Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. You may request to change or cancel your order any time up to the day before it is actually shipped by sending an e-mail to .
