Bill has been a frequent performer with ARTC since 1985. Before that, he worked in professional theater for eight years -- both on and back stage -- at the Atlanta Children's Theater and the Alliance Theater. Bill is a native Atlantan and a graduate of Georgia State University, where he was an active player of the Georgia State Players.
