Costume Con ARTC is part of the Sunday evening "Historical Masquerade" presentation at Costume Con. Our feature presentation: Kissed by a Stranger, an original historical romance written for audio by Fiona Karanina Leonard Brown. Miss Cordelia Marsden, having recently lost her father, finds herself unable to continue to live alone. In desperation, she writes to her Aunt Catherine.
